mam problem z zblokowanym nawiewem na przednią szybę w p38. idzie zima i paruje a nawiew działa na kabine. niechcę teraz rozbierać całego kokpitu by tam się dostać. a z tego co wiem to w rendżach to standart. może ktoś to juz przerabiał i wie jak to rozwiązać. pozdrawiam yaro359

grzana szyba jest, ale jakiś paskudny kamień stuknął ją i akurat przed oczami kierowcy jest przerwa w grzaniu. bo gdyby nie to to bym się nie martwił tym nawiewem

There is a way to get home cool or hot when blend motors fail. The part that fails is most of the time not the motor but the feed back system to the ECU. Therefor it is possible to operate the motors of the belend units.

Take out the radio from your car and reach inside you can feel connectors on top of the HEVAC ECU. At the left side of the car there are 2 connectors. release the most forward connector this is no C261 or C1597. This connector is the one with all the wires to the blend motors.

Now get 2 wires with +12V and 0 V. With inserting bend open paperclips into the connectors you can apply 12V to the blend motors directly.
connector numbers are stated on the connector and 1 to 8 on the left side of the car and 9 to 16 at the right side.

connectors 9 and 10 are for the RH temperature servo
connectors 11 and 12 are for the LH temperature servo
connectors 6 and 16 are for the distribution servo.

Insert the paperclips into the connectors from the servo you want to change the position of. Do this with the car off and in a silent place.
Now apply at random the +12V and the 0 volt to the paperclips. If you are lucky you hear the motor operating and the flap is moving keep the wires on until you hear the motor slow down and stop then release them.
If you heard nothing you must swap the wires as you were trying to close further at a closed position or open further at an open position.

With the distribution servo you can direct the air to the vents you want. This flap will be most likely ok as it is seldom used. I would set this before disconnecting the connector mentioned above.

With the flaps set you can now leave the connector disconnected and drive on. Regulate the temperature with the fanspeed in manual mode in combination with opening windows.

A tak apropo Problemu parowania - u mnie dopóki klima działała to samochód nigdy nie parował(wszystkie samochody dookoła zaparowane lub zamarźnięte, a RR jakby nigdy nic z przejrzystymi szybami sobie stał) ani nawet nie zamarzał - Jeden warunek - klima zawsze ustawiona na Auto - nie wyłączamy jej na zimę.

podpowiedź co do klimy na auto wypróbuję jutro rano, ale angielska podpowiedź co do przepinanania przewodów trochę zbyt skomplikowana jak na mój poziom angielskiego, ale musze poszukać jakiegś biegłego w technicznym angielskim,a ta podpowiedź to juz coś. dzięki

u mnie niestety regulacja prędkości wentylatorów nie działa, ale nie ma to teraz większego znaczenia bo chyba rozrząd się rozpadł
